4% of males and 6% of females rated their  QOL as 'so good it could not be better' (7); 78% of males and 70% of females labeled it as 'very good' (6) or 'good' (5); the remainder rated it as 'alright', 'bad', 'very bad', or 'so bad it could not be worse'.
